HOW CAN WE MAKE SENSE OF QUESTIONS THAT REQUIRE US TO FIND ALL POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF EVENTS?

We can use a tree diagram to organize our work create a list of possible outcomes. Let me give you an example:

Johnny has to decide on an outfit to wear to the first day of school. He can choose between black and brown shorts. He has three different shirts to wear, blue, green and stripped.
